All LUCE DIVINA candles are carefully hand-poured and prepared in our atelier before shipment. Each piece is made to order, reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship and intentional production.

Processing Time

Because every candle is created individually, please allow up to 30 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service, typically ranging from 5 to 14 business days. Please note that these are estimated transit times and may vary during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and LUCE DIVINA has no control over these costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, LUCE DIVINA is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen events such as weather or transportation issues.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lucedivina.com with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
